Important: The complimentary touch-up must take place 6-10 weeks after your initial appointment and it is the client’s responsibility to book an appointment within this timeframe. If you book your touch-up after 10 weeks you forfeit the complimentary touch-up and there will be a charge for your next appointment.

Our Policies

RESULTS
 

  • I cannot guarantee results as everyone heals differently and hence results can vary significantly. How you care for your tattoo along with many other factors will determine how your tattoo looks and how long it lasts. Unfortunately, some people may not heal clean and crisp. Also, some areas of your skin may not retain the pigment well, and therefore additional sessions (charged accordingly) and/or the continued use of cosmetic products may be required to obtain the desired results. More frequent touch-ups may also be necessary.

  • However, I always do my very best to achieve your desired results and am confident in my ability to create your dream brows!

CORRECTIVE / cover-up WORK

 

  • If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed by another artist you must email me clear photos of your eyebrows BEFORE booking an appointment. I will need to examine and assess the state of your eyebrows to determine whether they can be revised. If your eyebrows are deemed too dark, discoloured or large, tattoo removal is recommended first.

  • If you are approved for an appointment and would like to have microblading done on top of your old tattoo, please come with realistic expectations. I cannot guarantee results and although I will do my best to give you a great new set of brows, what we can achieve completely depends on how your current tattoo looks. Since we are creating new hair strokes over top of an old tattoo the outcome may not be as crisp and can blend into the old one.

TOUCH-UPS

 

  • The complimentary touch-up included must take place within 6-10 weeks of the initial appointment or the touch-up is forfeited. It is up to the client to book an appointment within this timeframe. If you book your touch-up after 10 weeks there will be a charge for your next appointment.

  • The prices for eyebrow touch-ups are only for clients who had their eyebrows originally done by me. This price does NOT apply to people who had their eyebrows done by another artist. If you are a new client to me, you are considered a new client. You must send clear photos of your current tattoo (info@aestheticsbyink.com) prior to booking so I can determine whether cover up, color correction or other corrective work is possible.

DEPOSITS

 

  • A deposit of $100 is required in order to secure your booking for an initial session, which can be done by e-transfer to info@aestheticsbyink.com

  • The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferable one time, if you reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the original booking. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the initial session.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  • We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, but provide less than 72-hours notice, a late cancellation fee of $50 will apply and your deposit will be deemed non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Please contact us ASAP if you are going to be late. If you arrive 15+ minutes later, it will likely result in a cancellation of your appointment and a $50 late cancellation fee will apply and your deposit will be deemed non-refundable and non-transferable. 

  • Missed appointments will result in a late cancellation fee of $50 and your deposit will be deemed non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • A new deposit will be required if you choose to make a new booking.

PROCEDURE REFUSAL

 

  • We have the right to refuse service to any client that we deem unfit for the procedure.

PAYMENTS

 

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit & cash.

  • Our prices are subject to change at any time.

  • All deposits as well as payments for services are non-refundable.

GUESTS

 

  • If you are bringing a friend with you to the appointment make sure they have something to keep them busy for the 3 hours. Due to limited space in the room as well as us wanting to give our 100% attention to you and the procedure, all guests must stay in the waiting area
